This is Valeska. I've drawn him before ( [link] ). He's ~Winged-Dragon-Ra/~Ra-san's character. He's from an original work. (Btw, Ra, where'd it go? It's not on Fiction Press anymore?? Or am I hallucinating?)

Anyway, this was another commission. (I was compelled to draw him with a white laptop just because... its... not typical.)
